Cancellation Policy
As a small business, client relationships are of the utmost importance. I value your support and understanding that I must adhere to a strict cancellation policy which enables me to provide the best experience for all.
A card on file is required for all appointments.
Cancellations must be done with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in partial loss of a package or 50% of the total service cost & forfeiting the booking fee. Any NO SHOW will result in partial loss of a package or 100% of the total service cost.
Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will not receive a fee.
Beyond 15 minutes of tardiness your appointment may be subject to cancellation and forfeiting the deposit/booking fee.
All No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment service price.
Incurring more than one no-show may result in blocking from future bookings.
To cancel an appointment, please call or text Zuri’s Aestetica at 312-600-5079. We do not accept cancellations via other communications such as email or social media.
Deposits
(booking fee)
A deposit is required for your appointment which will go towards the cost of your service. The deposit secures your reservation with me. To reschedule your appointment please let me know 24hrs ahead of your appointment time to avoid forfeiting the booking fee. You are allowed to reschedule up to 3x times (with 24 hr notice) without forfeiting the booking fee. After 3 reschedules, the booking fee will be nontransferable & nonrefundable.
Tardiness & Repeated Cancellations
Arriving 10 or more minutes late to your appointment will result in a shortened treatment in order to honor the scheduled appointments of our other clients. Late arrival may require that we reschedule your appointment time. Cancellation fees apply.

Excessive cancellations and/or rescheduled appointments will result in mandatory prepayment of 100% service fee of subsequent appointments. Appointments under these terms that have not met the prepayment requirement will be automatically canceled
Communications
When booking, I ask for your phone number and email address. This allows me to send important information like parking directions and your intake form to you via both text and email. I encourage you to open and thoroughly read these communications. They are designed to make your arrival to your appointment as relaxing and efficient as possible.
